A happy accident.
A whole new ritual.

A love of coffee, a background in bartending, and the inspiration of Japanese cocktail bars.

Reinaldo and Connie started D.O.S.E in New Zealand with a cocktail-bar idea. When licensing challenges changed the plan, coffee became the focus — and an unexpected experiment with fruit-infused brews opened up something new.

That curiosity is still at the heart of D.O.S.E: bringing creative coffee experiences to the community, with a little of the cocktail world in every new idea.
